Nothing is more essential to a dancer than their pointe shoes. From the rigour of daily class, the creative energy of rehearsals and the exuberant joy of performances on stage, pointe shoes are there for a dancer at every moment until they wear out.

The Encore! range celebrates this, by using recycled pointe shoes from the Royal Ballet company. We have worked with Just Trade to make sure that the pointe shoes don't go to waste and they gain a new lease of life. Used ribbons, elastics and drawstrings are being repurposed into new accessories: an encore performance after a lifetime of supporting a dancer. 

• Made from recycled pointe shoes from dancers of the Royal Ballet
• The ballet shoe ribbons are washed with eco-friendly soap, dried, ironed, and tired into little bows 
• Each Hair tie recycles ribbon and elastic from a Royal Ballet shoe and is the perfect accessory for a dancer or ballet lover
• Handmade in London by Just Trade

Please note that as the Encore! range is made from recycled ballet shoes, there may be some differences in shades of the ribbons and elastics which may differ from the images advertised.
