J'ai adoré le livre, très bien fait et mes petites filles sont émerveillées chacune des pages où elles peuvent reconnaître les parties musicales de l'oeuvre de Tchaikovsky. Elles en profitent aussi pour apprendre l'anglais, car nous sommes francophones. Comme moi elles adorent les ballets et Casse-noisette est un ballet qui est chéri par tous les enfants et beaucoup de grands comme moi qui danse encore le ballet..
I am enchanted by this book with the sounds of the most recognizable parts of this wonderful ballet. The illustrations are beautiful and the narrative that underlies this ballet is a perfect summary of each of the parts that make up this magnificent work.

I cannot praise this book highly enough. The illustrations are beautiful and the musical excerpts of just the right length for the attention span of very young children. Bravo, Royal Opera House!
Attractive book & idea, but did not work. I assume the batteries need replacing which I find very annoying as a tiny Phillips screwdriver is required which is extremely difficult to source. I bought this book along with"The Magic Flute" which was also defunct. Both books being non-functioning reflects badly on you. I am in Canada & my plan was to put these books with other gifts & send them to a child in California but now I am left trying to fix them or replacing them with something else before shipping them off in time for Christmas hence my DISAPPOINTMENT!
