This unique Aura Necklace has been consciously crafted with four vibrant strands of repurposed Kantha textile beads inlayed with sets of golden brass beads. Each piece is one-of-a-kind with its own colours and patterns.
Each piece is sustainably handmade by artisan women in India, repurposing Kantha textiles by covering reclaimed wooden beads. Fabric colours and patterns will vary making your necklace one-of-a-kind. Take a look at the full collection.
Necklace measures 17" / 43 cms long at the shortest strand and includes a 2" extender chain.
Kantha is a centuries-old tradition of stitching patchwork cloth from rags, which evolved from the thrift of rural women in the Bengali region.
A beautiful necklace which goes with so many things, lovely range of colours and well made. Arrived very quickly and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I've wanted one of these for some time. It did not disappoint. Very happy to have paid a fair price for this beautifully handmade repurposed piece made by fellow artisans. Only criticism is the clasp: it is set far too close, making it very difficult to use. Thankfully I have jewellery tools so it was a quick job to use half of the extender chain to lengthen; reset the clasp.

I have only one criticism and that is the fastener - it is slightly too small therefore making it awkward to fasten
