A photographic record of Matthew Ball’s Drowning Light

Several years ago Royal Ballet Principal Dancer / choreographer Matthew Ball collaborated with the photographer and film maker Rhys Frampton on a mixed media project based on the myth of Icarus who flew too close to the sun, choreographed and performed by Ball and first shown in the Royal Opera House Linbury Theatre. Many of Rhys Frampton’s black and white stills are preserved in this limited edition. Highly recommended.
