I am a Pilates student studying towards my diploma through ITC in Perth Western Australia. I have my reformer assessment in mid January (6 months study) Just want to say of what I have seen so far of Jane Paris' book Pilates and Conditioning for Dancers - it is excellent. My late mother was a teacher at RBS under Dame Nanette De Valois in the 60's and I knew this book would be a good purchase for my own pilates evolvement in what I hope to to be able to specialise in (scoliosis, cyclists and age permitting perhaps kinesiology !) Thank-You to RBS for the book being released, the dancers who have featured in the exercises and to the esteemed and very experienced Jane Paris. In one word , this book is "inspirational !" from Natalia Robinson, Perth Western Australia
