Wrong Item Delivered

I ordered a Tulip Red Gown and a Tulip Red Kimono was delivered. Since it was a Christmas gift the mistake wasn’t realised until it was unwrapped on Christmas Day. Nonetheless it was a lovely quality item. When I reported the error to ROH Shop their response was prompt and excellent. I received the option of a replacement for the correct item or a refund for the difference in price. The response to my decision and its implementation was first rate. I couldn’t be more complementary. I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service.

Beautifully finished

This garment is beautifully finished. The colours are very natural and flow into each other wonderfully. It’s super light and hangs well. The only downside is that my husband has hidden it until Christmas.
